The need to express oneself is
often hidden from us.
Emotions and thoughts are bottled up
and tucked away in a cellar left to brew,
like a bottle of wine,
for different lengths of time,
sometimes they are forgotten
and turn sour.
This is causes you to become soured as a individual, and when you share that which has been left
for too long often people turn it down.
The trick is to find someone who is willing
to bare the unpleasantness,
as without them you will feel much more sick
than you would with them.
Rather share that which is new,
do not be embarrassed by what quality
you believe it is,
most people will be grateful
that you are sharing with them
and won't mind getting a little bit of a hangover,
as they know that you'll do the same for them.
